Project Analysis:

At first contact with the client, we visit the site to determine the scope of work. Depending on the size of the job and area zoning requirements, we may be able to determine preliminary estimates for construction. We can discuss vision and options and when the client is ready to proceed, we will contact and collaborate with architectural services.


Wish List:

Building a custom luxury home is a life changing decision for the homeowner. A custom built house is your dream home, not a home you are trying to fit into. While we colloborate on ideas, provide us a list of what you envision, bring us photos and clippings of the things you’ve always wanted and that matter most to you. We will make sure to accomodate on those wishes. That’s the value of a custom luxury home – it is built on the foundation of what is most important to you.


Construction Budget:

Working with your wish-list, preliminary estimates and schematic architectural plans, we will be able to prepare a construction budget for your review based on our experience and your project goals. At the completion of the preliminary designs furnished by architectural services, the client should have enough information necessary to make a decision as to whether they would like to move forward with building their custom luxury home or making changes to the design to meet their budget.


Permits and Development:

Once budgets have been approved to move forward with the project, the process of obtaining building permits gets underway, including zoning requirements and architectural reviews. If permits have successfully been secured, the development phase begins where we meet with engineers and workout all dimensions, structural systems, structural elements, electrical requirements, soil and drainage, and site parking requirements.


Constructions Begins:

This step in the process brings everything together. This is where imagination becomes reality. With permits, design plans and development out of the way we can start building your new custom luxury home, encompassing all the design attributes that make it a unique home specifically for you. During the construction process, the following steps are performed:

  • Scheduling
  • Supervision
  • Subcontracting
  • Project closeout and punch list
  • Change Orders
  • Addendums to Final Construction Contract

Welcome Home:

The last step in the process is always the best one, the delivery! We are with you every step of the way in the building process, from our first meeting to when you are moving in. Wilson will be there to assist and showcase your new home, walk through final inspections, provide new home owner’s manual, help with any final adjustments needed and deliver the keys to your dream home.
